Terms of service
These are the terms that apply when you book a ride with Toronto Pearson Airport Limo Service. They match the policies published on our rates page, written out in full. Last updated July 22, 2026.
The basics
What booking a ride means
When you book a trip with us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our online booking portal, you agree to these terms. They exist so both sides know exactly what to expect: what you pay, what we deliver, and what happens if plans change.
Toronto Pearson Airport Limo Service is a licensed, insured chauffeur service based at 7686 Kimber St Unit #18, Mississauga, ON L5S 1E9.
Pricing
Flat rates and quotes
Every trip is quoted as a flat rate before you travel. The rate depends on the vehicle class and the route, and it does not change at drop-off, even if traffic does. Published rates for Ontario cities are on our rates page. Quotes for anywhere else come from dispatch at 1-877-602-7973.
A quote covers the vehicle and route you booked. If you change the destination, add stops, or switch to a larger vehicle, the rate is requoted before the trip.
On top of the flat rate
Taxes and extra charges
These are the only additions to a flat rate, and each one is shown up front:
- 13% HST (Ontario's harmonized sales tax) is added to every fare.
- Prearranged airport pickup adds $13 for a sedan or SUV, or $24 for a stretch limo or van.
- An en-route stop adds $10 for a sedan, $15 for an SUV or van, or $20 for a stretch limo or stretch SUV.
- Waiting time on GTA and home pickups is billed at $10 for every 15 minutes. There is no wait charge once you have landed at the airport.
- Meet-and-greet service at arrivals is available for $45.
- Highway 407 tolls are billed separately, at cost.
- Prepaid reservations carry a 15% driver gratuity.
Changing plans
Cancellations and no-shows
Cancel with at least 12 hours' notice and there is no charge. Inside that window, a 50% cancellation fee applies. No-shows are charged in full.
If your flight is cancelled, call our airport pickup desk at 416-231-0443 as soon as you know. Calling ahead protects you from a no-show charge. We track every flight, so we usually see the change too, but a quick call removes any doubt.
At the airport
Airport pickups and flight tracking
For airport pickups, we track your flight and time the pickup to the actual landing, not the scheduled one. A delayed flight does not cost you waiting time.
At Toronto Pearson, collect your luggage and go to the pre-arranged stand: Terminal 1, Door A, or Terminal 3, Door A. Ask the commissionaire to call Pearson Airport Limo, and your chauffeur arrives within about 2 minutes. If anything goes wrong at arrivals, call the airport pickup desk at 416-231-0443.
USA trips
Cross-border trips
Trips to the United States, including Buffalo Niagara International Airport, are licensed cross-border runs. Every passenger needs a valid passport for the border crossing.
You are responsible for your own travel documents and for being admissible at the border. If a passenger is refused entry, the trip is still billed, since the vehicle and chauffeur completed the run.
Both sides
What we owe you, and what we ask of you
Our side: a licensed, insured chauffeur, a clean vehicle of the class you booked, and flight tracking on airport trips. Dispatch answers 24 hours a day. If your booked vehicle is ever unavailable, we send a comparable or better vehicle at the same rate.
Your side: give us accurate trip details, be reachable at the phone number on the booking, wear seat belts, and treat the vehicle with normal care. Damage beyond normal use may be billed to the person who booked.
Some things are outside anyone's control: extreme weather, road closures, and border delays. We plan around them, and dispatch will always work the problem with you, but they can affect timing.

Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. The terms in place when you booked are the ones that apply to that trip.
