Privacy policy
This page explains what information we collect when you book a ride, what we do with it, and what we never do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose. Last updated July 22, 2026.
The short version
What this policy comes down to
We collect the details we need to drive you where you are going, and nothing more. We do not sell your information. We do not run ad trackers on this website. When your trip is done, your details stay in our booking records, not on a marketing list.
Your information
What we collect and why
When you book by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our booking portal, we ask for the details a chauffeur needs to complete your ride:
- Your name and phone number, so dispatch and your chauffeur can reach you.
- Your email address, so we can send booking confirmations and receipts.
- Your pickup and drop-off addresses, so we can quote a flat rate and plan the route.
- Your flight number for airport trips, so we can track the landing time and adjust your pickup.
- Your vehicle choice and passenger count, so we send the right car.
- Payment details when you pay for a booking. These go to our payment processor, not into our files.
We use these details to run your trip, confirm your booking, track your flight, and answer your questions. That is the whole list.
Browsing
What this website does and does not do
This website is a simple, static site. It does not set cookies, and it does not run analytics or advertising trackers.
A few things on the site do connect to other companies, and it is fair that you know about them:
- Our fonts load from Google Fonts. When the page loads, Google's servers see your IP address, the same way any web request works.
- The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Anything you send there is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Online bookings and client login happen on our booking portal at prodispatchlimo.com. The details you enter there come to our dispatch team.
- Links to Facebook, Instagram, and X take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.
Sharing
Who sees your information
Three parties, and only as far as your trip requires:
- Our dispatch team and your chauffeur, who need your trip details to pick you up.
- Our payment processor, which handles your payment securely.
- Authorities, only if the law requires us to share something. This is rare.
We never sell your information. We never rent it. We never trade it to marketing companies.
Your rights
How long we keep it, and what you can ask us
We keep booking records as long as accounting and tax rules require. After that, they are removed.
Under Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask us at any time:
- What information we hold about you.
- To correct anything that is wrong.
- To delete information we are not legally required to keep.
