One flat rate, four airports

An airport transfer with us means one phone call, one flat rate, and a chauffeur who already knows your flight number before you land. We do not price by the meter and we do not add a surge charge because your flight was delayed or the weather turned bad. The same fleet and the same rate structure cover Toronto Pearson, Billy Bishop, Hamilton International, and Buffalo Niagara. A trip that starts at one airport and ends at another never means starting over with a different company. Business travellers booking a single sedan and families filling a van both go through the same flat-rate process, just with a different vehicle class attached.

Coverage

The four airports we run transfers to

Toronto Pearson International

The airport this company started with. Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 arrivals, tracked by flight number, with a chauffeur waiting whether you land on time or three hours late. Rates from Pearson cover Mississauga, downtown Toronto, and more than eighty other GTA cities.

Billy Bishop Toronto City

The downtown airport gets the same flat-rate treatment as Pearson. Useful for short-haul domestic and US flights landing minutes from the financial district. Your chauffeur meets you at the arrivals area, not somewhere off-site you have to walk to. Full details are on our Billy Bishop Airport Limo page.

Hamilton International

Covered on the same rate card as Pearson, not treated as an out-of-territory trip that costs extra to arrange. The drive from Hamilton into downtown Toronto or Mississauga is quoted flat, the same as any other pickup. Full Hamilton rates are on our Hamilton Airport Limo page.

Buffalo Niagara International

A cross-border transfer booked the same way as a domestic one, flat rate agreed before you travel, no separate quote process to go through. Popular with travellers comparing fares against Pearson for US-bound flights. Full Buffalo rates are on our Buffalo Airport Limo page.

How your transfer works

What happens between booking and the curb

Book with your flight number

Give dispatch your flight number and vehicle class. We quote a flat rate before anything is confirmed, no estimate that changes later. A call or an email both work.

Your flight is tracked automatically

Your chauffeur watches the actual landing time, not the schedule printed on your ticket. Early, on time, or three hours late all get the same pickup, with no rebooking fee for something outside your control.

Meet-and-greet is available at arrivals

Have your chauffeur meet you inside arrivals with a name sign for $45, so you are never searching the curb for your ride.

The fare doesn't move

HST and any tolls, Highway 407 on a downtown run for example, are added on top of the flat rate you were quoted. Nothing else gets tacked on at the curb.

Vehicle classes

Pick the class that fits the trip, not the other way around

Every class runs airport transfers, and every vehicle has Wi-Fi. There is no separate "airport fleet," the same fifty vehicles that run corporate travel and city tours are the ones meeting your flight. See the full lineup with real photos on the fleet page.

Questions

Common questions about airport transfers

Which Pearson terminal do you pick up from?

Both. Toronto Pearson has Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, and your chauffeur meets you at the arrivals level of whichever one your flight lands at. You don't need to specify a terminal when you book, just your flight number.

Can I book just a one-way drop-off, not a round trip?

Yes. A one-way transfer to the airport is booked the same way as a pickup, flat rate, confirmed before the trip.

How will my chauffeur find me at arrivals?

Outside at the curb by default, or inside arrivals with a name sign if you book the $45 meet-and-greet option. Either way, your chauffeur already has your flight number and photo of the pickup point in mind.

What happens if a connecting flight changes my arrival time?

We track your actual flight number, so a changed connection that shifts your landing time is picked up automatically. You only need to call if your flight number itself changes.

Do you handle very early or very late flights?

Yes. Dispatch runs 24/7, so a 4 a.m. departure or a flight landing at midnight is a normal booking, not a special request.

Is the airport transfer rate different from a regular point-to-point fare?

Airport pickups add a small prearranged-pickup charge, $13 for a sedan or SUV, on top of the base flat rate. Everything else about the fare works the same as any other trip.

Can I switch airports after I've already booked?

Call dispatch as soon as you know. Pearson, Billy Bishop, Hamilton, and Buffalo Niagara are all on the same rate structure. A change usually just means a new quote, not starting the booking over.
