Three ways to book, same flat rate on all of them

The rate is identical whether you book online, call, or message. Use whichever fits the moment.

Book through the online portal

The self-serve option. Create an account once, then book, rebook, and track invoices from any device. It runs 24 hours a day, so a 2 a.m. booking is no different from a 2 p.m. one.

Call dispatch

Better when the trip has a wrinkle: a group split across two vehicles, a tight connection, or an address that needs explaining. A person answers around the clock and confirms your rate on the call.

Message on WhatsApp

Handy when you can't take a call: in a meeting, on a plane about to push back, or in a different time zone. Send the trip details and dispatch replies with a confirmed quote.

Step by step

How booking online works

Four steps, and the whole thing usually takes less time than waiting for a rideshare match.

Step 1

Create your account, or log in

One login covers everything: first-time bookings, repeat trips, and corporate accounts. If you book often, ask dispatch about moving to a single monthly invoice instead of paying per ride.

Step 2

Enter the trip details

Pickup address, drop-off, date and time, and your flight number if an airport is involved. The flight number matters: it's what lets us track your arrival and adjust the pickup automatically.

Step 3

Pick the vehicle that fits

A sedan seats three, an SUV seats seven, the 14-passenger van covers teams, and a stretch limo seats up to twelve. If you're between two classes, size up for luggage. Golf bags or ski gear push a smaller group up a size too.

Step 4

Confirm the flat rate

The rate is confirmed before you travel and does not move afterward. No surge, no meter, no surprise line items. HST is added on top, and that's the whole bill.

Before you start

What to have ready when you book

Five details cover almost every booking. Have them handy and the whole process takes a couple of minutes.

The five things we always need

  • Pickup address. Home, office, hotel, or airport terminal. For Pearson pickups, your chauffeur meets you at Terminal 1 Door A or Terminal 3 Door A.
  • Drop-off address. We cover 112 cities across Ontario, plus licensed cross-border trips into the US.
  • Date and time. For airport arrivals, give the scheduled landing time. Flight tracking handles the rest if it changes.
  • Flight number. Only for airport trips. It links your booking to the live flight status.
  • Passengers and luggage. This decides the vehicle class, so an honest count avoids a squeeze at the curb.

Toronto sample rates

Know the rate before you book

From downtown Toronto to Pearson: sedan $85, SUV $110, 14-passenger van $475, stretch limo $595, plus HST. Every other city has its own flat rate on the rates page.

Changed plans?

Cancellation is simple

Cancel at least 12 hours before pickup and there's no charge. Inside that window a 50% fee applies, and a no-show is billed in full. If your flight is cancelled, call us and we'll protect you from a no-show charge.

Crossing the border?

US trips book the same way

Cross-border trips are licensed bookings with one chauffeur from door to door. Every passenger needs a valid passport, and border wait time is separate from the drive time. Flat rates for major US cities are on the USA locations page.

What happens next

After you book, the trip runs itself

Online bookings feed straight into the same dispatch system as phone bookings. Nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be noticed. Here is what actually happens once you press confirm.

A real dispatch desk takes it

Your trip lands with our own dispatch team in Mississauga, not a call centre. A chauffeur and vehicle are assigned from the 50-vehicle fleet, matched to your passenger and luggage count. Receipts and invoices stay in your account, one click away.

Airport pickups track the flight

If your flight lands early or late, your chauffeur gets an automatic alert and the pickup time adjusts on its own. At Pearson, your chauffeur meets you at Terminal 1 Door A or Terminal 3 Door A.

Help is one call away

Landed and can't spot your chauffeur? Call the airport pickup desk directly at 416-231-0443. For changes to any booking, dispatch answers 1-877-602-7973 around the clock, or message WhatsApp 416-886-9711.

Groups and events

Booking for a group or an event

A sports team or tour group rides together in the 14-passenger van and lands on one bill, instead of splitting across four sedans. For prom and gala nights, the stretch limousines seat up to 12 depending on the model. Corporate accounts booking event blocks can email trip lists to info@torontopearsonairportlimoservice.ca and get every car confirmed in writing.

Questions

Common questions about booking a limo

How much does a limo cost in Toronto?

A flat rate you see before you book. From downtown Toronto to Pearson, a sedan is $85, an SUV is $110, a 14-passenger van is $475, and a stretch limo is $595, plus HST.

How much is it to hire a limo per hour?

There is no running meter. Hourly chauffeur bookings are quoted as one flat rate for the whole block of time, agreed before the trip starts.

Is Uber cheaper than airport limo?

Sometimes, at quiet hours. Rideshare prices surge with demand, while our rate is flat, confirmed when you book, and unchanged even if your flight lands late.

Can 12 people fit in a limo?

Yes. Our stretch limousines seat up to 12 passengers, depending on the model. For 13 or 14 people, book the 14-passenger van instead.

Do I need an account to book online?

Yes. The portal uses one login for new and returning clients. An account also lets you track invoices and rebook past trips, for individuals and corporate accounts alike.

Can I cancel a booking I made online?

Yes, free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice. Inside 12 hours a 50% fee applies, and a no-show is charged in full.

How much should I tip my chauffeur?

Tips are appreciated but never added to the bill automatically. Most clients tip 15 to 20 percent for chauffeured service, and you can hand it to the chauffeur directly.
